How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Sweden: The artwork can be shipped ready to hang, you can see the shipping fee by adding a product to your cart and proceed to checkout. Alternatively, it can be sent rolled at no additional cost; you may then have it restretched by a local framing service. Local pickup from my studio in Sundsvall is also available.
International shipping: For international deliveries, the painting will be shipped rolled in a protective tube. You can then have it restretched by a framer in your area. Standard international shipping is 500 SEK. If you would prefer the artwork shipped stretched and framed, please get in touch, and I will explore the best shipping options for your location.

Do I Need to Pay Import Fees and Taxes?
If you're ordering from outside the EU, import duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. Since these rules vary, I recommend checking with your local customs authority for accurate information. Please note that any import fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not something I can influence or include in the price.
How long does delivery take?
For orders within Sweden, delivery typically takes around 1 to 3 weeks. For international orders, please allow 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your location and local customs processing times. I’ll keep you updated and send a tracking number once your artwork is on its way.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, you can return your painting within 14 days after receiving it. As the buyer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it – with the original tags and packaging intact. You will also need to provide a proof of purchase.
Please note that a commissioned artwork can not be returned.
In case the product is damaged, please contact me within three days of receiving the artwork with photos of the damage and packaging. Send the pictures and a description to rabnell.art@outlook.com
